摘要:以过氧酸木质素为原料替代30%的聚乙二醇1000,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和丙酮为混合溶剂,与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,采用溶液浇注法制备过氧酸木质素基聚氨酯(PUR)薄膜。研究了异氰酸酯指数对薄膜拉伸性能、热稳定性能、玻璃化转变温度(T g)及导热系数的影响。结果表明,随异氰酸酯指数的增大,薄膜的拉伸性能先升高后降低、热稳定性能下降但T g升高、导热系数下降即隔热性能提高。当异氰酸指数为1.55时,PUR薄膜的拉伸性能达到最佳,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度分别为663.97%和16.86 MPa,且具有较高的T g和较好的隔热性能。
Replacing 30% of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 1000 with peroxy-acid lignin and using toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as raw material, peroxy-acid lignin-based polyurethane films were prepared by solution casting in the mixed solvent of N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and acetone. Effects of isocyanate index on tensile properties, thermal stability and glass transition temperature (Tg), as well as thermal conductivity of the films were studied. The results show that with increase of the isocyanate index, the tensile properties of the film increase firstly and decrease lastly, the thermal stability declines but Tg rises, the thermal conductivity decreases which means that the thermal insulation property become better. When the isocyanate index is 1.55, the tensile properties of the film reach the maximum, with elongation at break and tensile strength are 663.97% and 16.86 MPa, meanwhile, the film has higher Tg and better thermal insulation property.
