摘要：林业产权制度作为林业生产关系的重要内容,对于林业生产力的发展具有重要影响。文中分清代后期、民国、新中国3个时期,论述了我国近现代林权制度的主要形式和变迁过程,并对其中的发展规律和历史经验进行了归纳和总结。
As an important part of forestry production relations, the forest property right the development of forestry productivity generally in a large degree. The main forms system affects and transition processes of the forest property right system in China since 1840 were discussed in three periods including later Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China and the People＇s Republic of China, and its development rule and historical experiences were concluded as well in this paper.
