摘要:采用不同温度处理的竹束制备重组竹,研究热处理温度对重组竹颜色、耐水性能、力学性能、表面自由能和动态热力学性能的影响。结果显示:随着热处理温度的升高,重组竹的颜色变深,耐水性能得到改善,表面自由能提高,力学性能和储存模量下降。在实际生产中,可根据重组竹产品的应用需求,选择合适的竹束处理温度,从而获得性能适宜的重组竹产品。
Bamboo scrimbers were made of bamboo bundles treated with different thermal temperatures.The effects of the thermal temperature on color,water resistance,mechanical properties,surface free energy and thermodynamic performance of the scrimber samples were investigated.The results showed that with increased treatment temperature,color of the bamboo scrimbers became darker with improved water-resistant properties,increased surface free energy,decreased mechanical properties and decreased storage modulus.It was suggested that suitable thermal treatment temperature for bamboo bundles in production should be selected according to application requirements of bamboo scrimber products.
