摘要:选择10种具有发展前景的速生阔叶树,通过材质材性和CMP制浆性能的测定分析,并结合造林学特性评价,筛选出适宜于南方山地大规模种植的阔叶树种。结果显示,马褂木和光皮桦是非常优异的纸浆阔叶木,其木材密度中等,纤维细长,综纤维素含量高而木质素含量低。马褂木和光皮桦CMP的裂断长和撕裂指数都明显高于马尾松TMP。通过综合评价,四川桤木、闽粤栲和翅荚木等可作为次等重要的纸浆阔叶树种来考虑,而木荷、枫香、乳源木莲和山杜英等因其木材密度偏大或木质素、抽出物含量偏高等固有缺陷不适宜作为纸浆树种发展。
Fiber morphology,wood chemical composition and CMP pulping of the ten kinds of indigenous fast growing hardwood species were evaluated in order to screen optimum pulpwood species suited for planting in a large scale over the subtropical mountainous areas in China.Among ten species tested,Liriodendron chinense and Betula luminifera were found to be the two excellent hardwood pulpwood species with moderate wood density,long fiber,higher holocellulose and lower lignin content compared with Eucalyptus,Populus and mas-son pine.Under a given pulping process,the resultant CMP pulp physical characteristics from Liriodendron chinense and Betula luminifera plantation wood were satisfactory,whose tensile and tear strength were evidently higher than masson pine TMP.Results of comprehensive evaluation indicated that Alnus cremastogyne,Castanopsis fissa and Zenia insignis could be recommended as the secondary important pulp-wood after the two species mentioned above,while Schima superba,Liquidambar formosana,Manglietia yuyuanensis and Elaeocarpus syl-vetris were not suitable for pulping purpose because of high wood density and/or lignin and extractive content.
