摘要：春尺蠖核型多角体病毒(Apocheima cinerarius nucleopolyhedrovirus,AciNPV)是春尺蠖的主要病原微生物。该文研究了AciNPV的形态结构和室内生物活性,及AciNPV室内生产过程中的适宜感染浓度、感染虫龄和感染温度,从而为该病毒今后的商业化生产和应用提供借鉴。
Apocheima cinerarius nucleopolyhedrovirus was an important pathogen infecting Apocheima cinerarius Erschoff. The morphological character and bioassay of the virus as well as the appropriate inoculation concentration,infection instars and temperature for multiplication in the lab were studied, which would provide reference for the commercial production and application of the virus in the future.
