摘要:Taking beech decorative veneer as the substrate, after low-temperature plasma was applied to modify the polished surface of beech decorative veneer and UV primed surface, the coating process of water-based primer, top coat and water-based top coat was carried out respectively. The influence of plasma treatment on the ply adhesion between UV primer and water-based topcoat and on the adhesion among water-based primer, water-based topcoat and substrate in the environmentally-friendly production of wood products was researched. The influence of plasma treatment on the adhesion of wood-surface environmentally-friendly paint film was examined through analyzing the wettability, surface micro-topography and chemical components of plasma. The results showed that plasma-modified treatment could increase the wettability of the beech and UV primer, and generate a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups and peroxide and other active groups on the surface, which helps to improve adhesion of paint film on the surface, thus significantly increasing ply adhesion between the primer for the water-based coating of beech surface and substrate, as well as ply adhesion between UV primer and water-based topcoat.
