摘要:松材线虫病自我国1982年发现至今已40年,目前仍然是我国危害最为严重的森林灾害,给我国生态安全带来严重威胁。其病害系统极其复杂,除病原松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus外,还受其伴生微生物、传播媒介、寄主及寄主内栖微生物和人为活动等因素影响。松材线虫病病害系统的复杂性严重制约了该病有效防控技术产出。笔者从松材线虫如何导致寄主枯萎死亡、松材线虫伴生微生物在病害中发挥何种作用、松树内栖微生物如何影响病害发生等方面,总结评述松材线虫致病机理以及相关伴生微生物作用机制最新研究进展,以明确下一步研究的方向和内容。
It has been 40 years since pine wilt disease was reported in 1982 in China.At present,it is still the most serious forest disaster in China,which posed a serious threat to China's ecological safety.The disease system is extremely complex,which involves in not only Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,but also is affected by its associated microorganisms,insect-vector,susceptible host tree,host endophytic microorganisms and human activities.The complexity of disease system has severely restricted the output of effective prevention and control technology.The latest research progress on the pathogenic mechanism of B.xylophilus and the function of associated microorganisms was summarized and reviewed from the aspects of how B.xylophilus causes the wilt and death of host tree,what role the associated microorganisms play in the disease,and how the pine endophytic microorganisms affect occurrence of the disease,as to determine the direction and content of the next research.
