摘要：我国家具发展迅速,产能产值均居世界前列,而我国家具行业准入门槛低,中小型企业在家具产业和消费者市场占有重要地位。随着物质水平提高和科技不断进步,加之后疫情时代对家具产业的不断冲击,我国中小型家具产业面临重大的挑战和变革。本文简要分析了我国中小型家具产业现状,指明了中小型家具产业绿色化、智能化、定制化、专业化和以中高端产品为主的高质量发展方向;从企业定位、产品、制造、营销、品牌及人才与创新方面,提出了中小型家具产业高质量发展路径。
The output value and production capacity of the Chinese furniture ranks among the top in the world,and the barrier-of-entry of the Chinese furniture industry is low.Small and medium furniture enterprises play an important role in the furniture industry and consumer market.With the improvement of the material quality and functionality,and the continuous progress of production technology,coupled with the impact of the epidemic era on the furniture industry,China’s small and medium furniture enterprises are facing challenges and reforms.This paper briefly analyzed the current situation of the furniture industry in China,and shed light on a direction of green,intelligent,customized,specialized,and high quality development for China’s small and medium furniture enterprises.From the aspects of business positioning,product,manufacturing,marketing,brand,talent,and innovation,this paper put forward the high-quality development path for medium and small furniture enterprises.
