摘要:采用固定床反应器和热重分析仪2种方法对废菌棒在不同温度下的热解进行研究。研究结果表明:(1)升高温度有利于提高燃气产量、降低固体残余量和液体产量,但当温度超过800℃以后,气体产量增加的趋势减弱。(2)热解产气中产物中主要组分为CO和CO2,其次为H2和CH4,并含有少量的烯烃类气体。随着温度的升高,CO含量减少,CO2含量增多,H2含量先增加后减少,而CH4含量先减少后增加,其他组分含量较低,因此变化不明显。(3)升高温度,焦油组分并无太大变化,但在800℃时,焦油的组分最多,而且相对含量最大。
The pyrolysis of edible fungi residue at different temperatures was studied by fixed bed reactor and thermal gravimetric analysis.The results showed that:(1)increasing the temperature helped to improve the gas production,reduced the amount of solid residue and liquid yield,but when the temperature exceeded 800℃,The increasing trend of gas production weakened.(2)The main component of pyrolysis gas were CO and CO2,followed by H2 and CH4,and contained a small amount of olefin gas.As the temperature increased,CO content decreased,CO2 levels increased,H2 content first increased then reducing.However CH4 content first decreased then increasing,other component contents were low,so the change was not obvious.(3)Increasing the temperature,tar component did not change much,but at 800℃ component was the maximum,and the tar relative content was max.
