摘要:麻栎(Quercus acutissima Carr.)在我国分布广泛,麻栎苗木生长和遗传稳定性与育苗地点的地理气候和土壤条件密切相关。该研究用36个麻栎种源在3个试验点进行育苗试验,对苗高和地径生长量及其遗传稳定性进行了调查与分析。结果表明:麻栎苗高和地径生长量在种源间和试验点间均存在极显著差异,种源×试验点互作上也表现为互作效应极显著,说明开展种源区域试验是必要的;根据苗木生长量的平均数、回归系数和回归离差的统计结果,可以将36个种源分成4种类型,即高产稳定型、高产不稳定型、低产稳定型和低产不稳定型。
Quercus acutissima Carr.is widely distributed in China and the growth of Q.acutissima seedlings is closely related to the geographical and climatic condition of the experimental site.In order to select the superior provenances and suitable distribution areas,it was necessary to study the difference of growth characters and genetic stability of different Q.acutissima provenances.Cultivation experiment of thirty-six Q.acutissima provenances was studied in three experimental sites.The growth increment of seedlings and growth stability were investigated and analysised.The results showed that seedling height and ground diameter were significantly different from different provenances and experimental sites.There was a significant interaction between provenance and experimental site,which proved provenance regionalization trail necessary.Based on mean value,regression coefficient and deviation from regression of seedling growth increment,thirty-six Q.acutissima provenances were divided into four groups:high-yield stable type,high-yield unstable type,slow-yield stable type,slow-yield unstable type.
