摘要:湿地网络信息服务系统是以网络地理信息系统为基础,以湿地资源信息服务和为开展湿地信息共享及湿地信息辅助决策提供依据的系统。基于网络技术与网络地理信息系统技术,建立北京市湿地信息网络服务系统。该系统基于.NET多层分布式体系结构及ArcGIS Server平台构建,建立了北京市湿地信息类型定义及编码体系,整合了北京市湿地资源信息,实现了级别化的湿地信息管理,构建了湿地信息知识库及资源共享库,并通过北京市湿地WebGIS,进行北京市湿地空间信息资源的发布和信息共享。整个系统包括7个大的功能模块,共有28个应用功能;系统通过安全引擎服务,为信息系统下的各种应用提供统一的安全服务和安全保障。北京市湿地信息网络服务系统的构建,实现了北京湿地信息的网络高效管理,将全面提升北京市湿地资源信息化管理与湿地信息共享水平。
The development of information management technology, with computer and network as its core, especially the development of web geographic information system provides new method to realize the computerized management of wetland management. The network service system of the information of the wetlands in Beijing is based on WebGIS, combining wetland data, it aims to provide information service of the wetland resources and provide evidence for conducting wetland information sharing and assistant decision-making. Based on network and WebGIS, this paper established the network service system of the information of the wetlands in Beijing, using .net multi-tier distributive system structure and ArcGIS Server as its platform, it also built the knowledge base of type definition and code system of the wetlands in Beijing, it also integrated the information of wetland resources to achieve information management of different level wetlands, then constructed knowledge base of the information of the wetlands and sharing the base. By using WebGIS of the wetlands in Beijing, spatial information of the wetlands in Beijing was published and shared. The whole system is consisted of 7 large function modules, including 28 application functions, by using security engine service, the system provides unified security service and safety guarantee of applications of all the system. The establishment of the network service system will improve the management of the wetlands in Beijing. At the same time, it also can help to grasp the dynamic changes of the wetlands in Beijing in a macroscopic view, to predict the development tendency, to provide monitor data.
