摘要:为了综合评价核桃杂交后代的产量性状,更明确地找出影响核桃产量的影响因子,本研究以53个核桃杂交后代单株为试材,对其16个产量性状进行变异性、相关性、因子分析和综合评价。结果表明,核桃产量性状变异丰富,变异系数在5.90%~70.86%之间,其中发育枝数量、母枝数、开花数、结果枝数及坐果数变异系数较大,分别为70.86%、44.03%、40.10%、37.30%和37.03%;果枝率、侧花芽比例、成枝力的变异系数较小,分别为5.90%、11.41%和12.40%,是比较稳定的遗传性状。相关性分析表明,产量与树高、干径、冠幅、母枝数、结果枝数、发育枝数、开花数、坐果数呈现极显著正相关,与单果重呈显著相关;而产量与干高和成枝力存在显著负相关;侧花芽比例、成枝力、单果枝开花数以及单果重与其他指标的相关性不高。进一步的因子分析表明,提取出5个特征根>1的公因子(树体生长因子,产能因子,成枝力因子,单果枝开花数,坐果率及单果重因子),累计方差贡献率为85.546%。筛选出冠幅、侧花芽比例、成枝力、单枝开花数、单果重可以作为评价核桃产量性状的代表性指标。根据前5个公因子得分及其方差贡献率计算各材料综合品质排名,结合二维排序图,筛选出4、5、9、19、46、48、49等7份因子协调最具有丰产潜力的后代。本研究为核桃良种选育以及核桃丰产栽培提供了理论依据,并提供评价核桃产量性状的方法。
In order to comprehensively evaluate the yield characteristics of walnut hybrid progenies and find out the influencing factors of walnut yield more clearly,the variation,correlation,factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation of 16 yield characteristics of 53 walnut hybrid progenies were carried out.The results showed that the yield characteristics of walnut varied widely,with the coefficient of variation ranging from 5.90%to 70.86%.The coefficient of variation of the number of developmental branches,the number of mother branches,the number of flowering,the number of bearing branches and the number of fruit set were 70.86%,44.03%,40.10%,37.30%and37.03%,respectively.The variation coefficient of the rate of fruiting branch,ratio of lateral buds and branching ability were 5.90%,11.41%and 12.40%,respectively,which were relatively stable genetic traits.Correlation analysis showed that yield was significantly positively correlated with tree height,trunk diameter,canopy,number of mother branches,the number of bearing branches,the number of developmental branches,the number of flowers and the number of bearing branches,but significantly correlated with fruit weight.The yield was negatively correlated with trunk height and branching ability.The ratio of lateral buds,branching ability,the number of flowers per branch and weight per nut were not highly correlated with other indexes.Further factor analysis showed that 5common factors(tree growth factor,productivity factor,branching ability factor,the number of flowers per branch,fruit setting rate and weight per nut factor)were extracted(eigenvalue>1)by factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 85.546%.The canopy,ratio of lateral buds,branching ability,the number of flowers per branch and the weight per nut could be selected as representative indexes to evaluate the yield characteristics of walnut.According to the score of the first five common factors and their variance contribution rate,the comprehensive quality ranking of each material was calculated.7 progenies(4,5,9,19,46,48,49)with potential high yield were screened out according to the scores of the first five common factors,and their variance contribution rate and the two-dimensional sorting diagram.This study provided a theoretical basis for walnut breeding and high yield cultivation,and provided a method for evaluating yield characteristics of walnut.
