摘要:Choose stillingia oil as raw material, a series of epoxy plasticizer containing different substituting groups were synthesized. studied the impacts of distillation and fatty alcohol ester on the flash point. In addition, studied the performance of different epoxidized fatty acid ester (EFAE) plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films, X-ray diffraction showed that EFAEs can effectively decreased the crystallinity of PVC plastic; mechanical tensile test and SEM shows that EFAEs have good plasticization, the elongation at break are better than dioctyl phthalate (DOP); The dynamic thermal mechanical analysis (DMA) also shows that the T-g of plasticized PVC film is obviously lower than that of DOP plasticized film; thermogravimetry (TG) analysis showed that EFAEs can effectively enhance the thermal stability of PVC material, Finally, the effect of the length of the carbon chain on the microstructure of the blend was simulated by dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) parameter setting, the structural-activity relationship of the EFAE and its plasticizing mechanism were analyzed, and a math model for predicting the plasticizing capacity of the plasticizer was obtained.
