摘要:天然绿色纤维原料来源广泛,只要纤维表面采取合适的预处理,通过化学药剂浸泡或利用聚合物包覆纤维方法,可"堵塞"细胞腔和微毛细孔,从而保证水泥与纤维形成良好的界面粘结性能,但如何更好地对现有纤维原料进行表面改性处理,如何解决纤维添量大时纤维易结团等成为需解决问题;建议开发新型复合化学助剂和包覆剂,优选匹配优良的纤维处理复合技术;提高纤维掺量,对于高效利用加工剩余物、农业剩余物具有重大意义。
There are various natural green raw fibers and they could guarantee favorable interface bonding property between cement and fiber as long as their surface is pretreated properly, such as being soaked in chemical agent or being coated by polymer to "block" cell cavity and micro-capillary porosity. However, there are several critical problems, such as how to realize better surface modification of existing raw fibers and how to solve fiber aggregation due to large addition of fiber, etc. It was proposed to develop new compound chemical auxiliary agent and coating agent, to use the best compound fiber treatment technique and to increase the addition of fiber. Great significance was provided for effective utilization of processing residual and agricultural wastes.
