摘要:将杨木单板浸渍酚醛树脂胶后经不同温度干燥,再组坯热压制成压缩木,探讨浸胶单板干燥温度对压缩木性能的影响。结果表明:压缩木的耐水性能、静曲强度、弹性模量和垂直加载水平剪切强度等主要性能指标,均以干燥温度为60~70℃时最优。
The authors made a compressed composite wood from poplar veneers that were first impregnated with phenolic-formaldehyde resin, dried at different temperatures, and finally pressed into a compressed wood. The effect of drying temperature of the impregnated veneers on the properties of the compressed wood was analyzed. The results showed that when the drying temperature were 60~70 ℃, the compressed wood had superior properties including water resistance, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity and horizontal shear strength.
