摘要:通过研究栗木、刺槐和柳杉3种非常用树种的木材机械加工性能,为其高附加值利用提供科学依据。分别测试了3种木材的刨削、砂削、铣削、钻削等机械加工性能。结果表明:栗木和刺槐的综合机械加工性能优于柳杉;随着刨削深度和进料速度的增大,刨削质量下降,其中,进料速度对刨削加工性能的影响大于刨削深度。
To determine wood machining properties of less-commercially used species for high value-added utilization, planning, sanding, shaping, boring, turning and mortising of Castanea mollissima, Robinia pseudoacacia and Cryptomeria fortunei from plantation resources were evaluated respectively, according to Chinese forestry industrial standard LY/T2054-2012. Moreover, the effect of cutting depth and feed rate on planning quality was investigated. The results showed that the comprehensive machining properties of Castanea rnollissima and Robinia pseudoacacia were better than that of Cryptomeria fortunei. Furthermore, wood planning quality of the three species decreased as the increase of cutting depth and feed speed. Also, the effect of feed rate on planning quality was greater than that of cutting depth.
