摘要：随着城市环境恶化及城市工作者压力增大,森林环境的保健作用逐渐受到重视,森林康养已成为国际流行的一种健康体验模式,也是森林可持续发展的一种重要方式。文章回顾了国内外森林疗法的起源及发展、森林疗养基地建设与评定状况、森林康养实证研究进展,最后进行了总结与展望,以期为我国森林康养研究及产业健康发展提供支撑。
With the deterioration of the urban environment and the increasing pressure of urban workers,the health care function of the forest environment has gradually received attention.Forest bathing has become an internationally popular health experience model and an important way for sustainable forest development.This article reviews the origin and development of forest bathing at home and abroad,the status of forest bathing base construction and assessment,and empirical research on forest health.Summarizes and prospects are put forward to provide support for forest bathing research and healthy development of industry in China.
