摘要:快速、准确地测定植物叶面积对于开展植物生理生化和植物滞尘能力等方面的研究具有重要的意义。为此,应用3种不同的方法(数字图像处理法、方格法和称重法)对乌兰布和沙漠绿洲防护林体系3种杨树(新疆杨、小叶杨和二白杨)的叶面积进行了测定,并对3种方法的测定结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:数字图像处理法与其他两种方法的测定结果具有极显著正线性相关关系(R2=0.997 5~0.999 8)。数字图像处理法能够准确地测定植物叶面积,具有省时、省力的优点。因此,该方法在植物叶面积测定工作中值得推广与应用。
Quickly and accurately measuring leaf area of plant is of great important in research of plant physiology and biochemistry and dust detentions capability,etc.This study applied three methods(digital image processing method,square method,weight method) to calculate leaf area of three poplar(Populus alba L.var.pyramidalis Bge.;P.simonii Carr.;P.gansuensis C.Wang et H.L.Yang) of shelter forest system in Ulan Buh Desert oasis and also did a comparative analysis about calculating results between these three methods.Results are as follows: the result obtained by digital image processing method which had the advantage of time and effort saving was remarkable positively related to other two results(R 2 = 0.9975 ~ 0.9998).Therefore,the digital image processing method was thought to be able to accurately calculate the leaf area of plant,and worthy of being popularized and applied.
