摘要:为改善红锥锯材易开裂变形、尺寸稳定性差的不良性能,采用水浸时效法对红锥木材进行处理试验,观测其翘曲性能及力学性能改善情况。试验结果表明:红锥经水浸时效处理后,其锯材的顺弯度和纵裂度的质量指标得到较大程度的改善;随着水浸时效时间的延长,锯材顺弯和开裂变形指标值均逐渐降低,而弹性模量、抗弯强度、顺纹抗压强度等各项力学性能指标均随着水浸时效时间的延长而呈先扬后抑的趋势,各项力学性能指标变异系数均有所下降。表明红锥株间力学性能的差异性随着水浸时效时间的延长而逐渐趋于一致。因此可得结论:实际生产中可以通过合理的水浸时效处理来改善红锥锯材的变形、开裂性能及力学性能,以提高红锥锯材的利用价值。
In order to improve the bad mechanical properties of Castanopsis hystrix sawn timber, such as: being easy to crack and deform, poor dimensional stability, the processing tests on the sawn timbers were carried out by adopting method of water immersion ageing, then the improvements of warping and mechanical properties of C. hystrix after being treated were observed. The results show that after water immersion aging treatments, the quality indexes of C. hystrix sawn timbers such as curvature parallel to grain and longitudinal crack degree were improved greatly; as the time of water immersion aging went on, the bow camber and crack camber quality indexes values of C.hystrix were decreased gradually, while the mechanical properties indexes of C.hystrix such as elastic modulus, bending strength and compressive strength parallel to grain of C.hystrix wood showed a trend that first increased then dropped; The variation coefficients of the mechanical properties of C.hystrix wood have declined. These show that the differences of mechanical properties of C. hystrix between different trees gradually tended to be the same as the increase of water immersion aging time. Therefore, it could be concluded that in the actual production, it could be achieved through rational water immersion aging treatment to improve deformation, cracking and mechanical properties of C. hystrix, and to improve the utilization value of sawn timber of C.hystrix.
