摘要:Pilodyn是一种对活立木无损的检测仪器,用于间接测定木材基本密度等材性指标,近年来,广泛应用于杨树、桉树和落叶松等主要人工林树种的基本密度测定。为了快速而又可靠的评价杂交松人工林立木基本密度,研究采用了Pilodyn方法。显示树龄8年的湿地松×加勒比松Pilodyn测定值与基本密度之间呈显著(P=0.002 1)的负相关,回归方程为y=-0.012 7x+0.563 8(决定系数R2=0.368 5);火炬松×加勒比松Pilodyn测定值与基本密度之间的回归方程:y=-0.007 1x+0.466 8(决定系数R2=0.459 5),回归关系极显著(P<0.000 1),这说明利用Pilodyn探测值估测湿地松×加勒比松与火炬松×加勒比松家系的基本密度是可行的,可以用来方便快捷测量活立木(特别是试验测定林)的基本密度。利用该测定值进行基本密度与杂交松生长、干形指标的相关分析表明:湿地松×加勒比松杂种基本密度与生长成极显著的表型负相关(0.220 6~0.266 0),其遗传负相关也很高,相关系数为1.14~1.16。这不利于基本密度和生长性状的同步改良,而基本密度与通直度和分枝大小都可以同步改良。
Pilodyn sampling is faster,cheaper,and not destructive,thus resulting in overall higher expected gains for selection of trees or culling of seedling seed orchards in comparison with the more destructive direct assessment of density.The regression equation between the value(x) measured by Piloyn and wood basic density(y) measured by increment borer was constructed,which for Pinus elliottii Engelman var.elliottii×P.caribaea Morelet(PEE×PCA) is y=-0.012 7x+0.563 8(P=0.002 1,Coefficient of determination R2=0.368 5);the equation for P.taeda L.×P.caribaea Morelet is y=-0.007 1x+0.466 8(P0.000 1,R2=0.459 5).The phenotypic correlation between growth traits and basic density of PEE×PCA was negative significantly(0.220 6-0.266 0),and the coefficient of genetic correlation was 1.14-1.16.The correlation between basic density and stem quality was positive.
