摘要:以慈竹(Bambusa distegia)为原料,探讨了浸胶方式对慈竹竹基纤维复合材料力学性能和耐水性能的影响。结果表明:采用一次浸胶的方式,随着胶黏剂固含量的增大浸胶量逐渐增加,力学性能和耐水性能随着浸胶量的增加而增强。采用二次浸胶的方式,板材的静曲强度和弹性模量整体差别不显著,耐水性能和内结合强度随着第二次浸胶胶液固含量的增加而增强。采用二次浸胶的方式压制的竹基纤维复合材料较一次浸胶的相比,可以在保持板材强度的情况下,提高板材的耐水性能,同时大幅降低浸胶量,从而节省板材的压制成本。
The effects of impregnating methods on the mechanical and water-resistance properties of the bamboo-based fiber composites were explored by taking the sinocalamus affinis (Bambusa distegia) as the raw material. The results show that when using One-Time impregnating method, the impregnation resin content increases with the adhesive solid content raises , the mechanical and water-resistance properties raise as the impregnation resin content increases; When using Two-Times impregnating method, the MOR and MOE of board have no obvious difference, hut the water-resistance properties and IB increase as the solid content of secondary impregnating adhesive increases. If using Two-times impregnating method, the strength of board maintains is at the same level of that One-Time impregnating, the water-resistance properties can increase and the impregnation resin content can sharply decrease, so that the pressing cost can be reduced.
