摘要:人造板所产生的总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)常被认为是造成室内空气品质下降的主要因素,因此,目前生产厂家和研究人员多聚焦于优化生产工艺,降低人造板从原料加工到产品使用过程中的TVOC含量,以及制定高质量的执行标准。然而不是所有的挥发性化合物都是有害的,目前人造板生产对增加有益挥发性化合物的研究较少。本研究将芳香类中药添加到刨花板中制备出释香型刨花板,对其物理力学性能、甲醛释放量、气味分级、挥发性物质成分和抗菌性能进行表征,分析释香型刨花板性能的影响因素。结果表明,尺寸2440 mm×1220 mm×18 mm、密度0.70 g/cm^(3)的刨花板表层添加1 kg中草药粉末,芯层添加0.3 kg艾叶时,综合物理力学性能最好,其弹性模量为2636 MPa,静曲强度为12.4 MPa,内结合强度为0.45 MPa,表面胶合强度为1.26 MPa,2 h吸水厚度膨胀率为1.71%,板面握螺钉力为1368.3 N,板边握螺钉力为854.2 N,物理力学性能均满足国家标准要求,同时中草药的添加对复合板材的物理力学性能影响不显著。甲醛释放量为0.041 mg/m^(3),满足E_(0)级释放等级;其气味分级为2级;TVOC释放质量浓度为90μg/m^(3)。挥发性成分中具有来自添加中草药的一些特征有益挥发性成分,如细辛醚、茅术醇、广藿香醇和洋川芎内酯等。对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均大于99%,具有显著的抗菌效果。中草药添加制备出的释香型刨花板丰富了功能性人造板的种类,为人造板的高附加值利用拓宽了有效途径。
The total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) produced by wood-based panels are often considered to be the main factor causing the decline of indoor air quality.Therefore,the current manufacturers and researchers focus on optimizing the production process,reducing the TVOC content of wood-based panels from raw material processing to product service,and formulating high-quality implementation standards.However,not all volatile compounds are harmful,and there are limited studies on beneficial volatile compounds in wood-based panel production.In this study,the particleboards with fragrance releasing were prepared by adding aromatic Chinese herbal medicines,and its physical and mechanical properties,formaldehyde release,odor classification,odor composition and antibacterial properties were characterized.The results showed that the 2 440 mm×1 220 mm×18 mm particleboard with an addition of 1 kg Chinese herbal medicine to the surface and 0.3 kg Artemisia argyi leaf to the core had the best comprehensive physical and chemical properties.Its modulus of elasticity was 2 636 MPa,modulus of rupture was 12.4 MPa,internal bonding strength was 0.45 MPa,surface bonding strength was 1.26 MPa,2-h water absorption thickness swelling rate was 1.71%,holding force for nail and screw of plate surface was 1 368.3 N and plate edge was 854.2 N.Its physical and mechanical properties exceeded the requirements of national standards,and the addition of Chinese herbal medicine had no significant effect on physical and mechanical properties of composites.Its formaldehyde emission was 0.041 mg/m~3,which met the E_(0) release grade,its odor was Grade 2,and TVOC emission was 90 μg/m~3.The volatile components contained some beneficial components such as asarone,hinesol,patchouli alcohol,senkyunolide,etc.The bacteriostasis rates were more than 99% to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The fragrant particleboards prepared by adding Chinese herbal medicine enriched the types of functional wood-based panels,providing an effective way to extend the high value-added utilization of wood-based panels.
