摘要:为了研究人工湿地主要沉水植物金鱼藻(Ceratophyllumdemersum)、狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)、黑藻(Hydrillaverticillata)以及菹草(Potamogetoncrispus)分解对水质的持续影响,进行室内分解模拟桶装试验。为了对比有无凋落物分解对水质的影响,对水体做了2种不同的处理,一组不放凋落物,其他各放一种凋落物,每种处理进行3例桶装试验,对温度、pH值、溶解氧、总溶解固体、电导率等指标进行监测。结果表明:伴随着4种沉水植物凋落物的分解,水体指标会发生变化,pH值与溶解氧呈先下降后上升趋势,总溶解固体和电导率均出现先上升后保持一定水平的趋势。不同沉水植物凋落物对水体的影响存在差异,4种植物凋落物对总溶解固体和电导率的影响顺序是金鱼藻(Ceratophyllumdemersum)、狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)、黑藻(Hydrillaverticillata)、菹草(Potamogetoncrispus)。研究成果对制定水生植物利用和管理策略具有参考价值。
In order to study the continuous impacts from the decompositions of the main submerged plants, such as Ceratophyl- lurndemersum, Myrlophyllum spicatum, Hydrillaverticillata and Potamogetoncrispus, in the artificial wetland on the water quali- ty, the indoor decomposition barreled simulations are made. For comparing the impacts from the decompositions with and without plant litters, two different treatments are made on water body, i.e. a set of water sample without plant litter and each of all the other sets of water samples with one of the plant litters, and then three barreled experiments are made for each treatment, so as to monitor the indexes of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, total dissolved solids, electrical conductivity, etc. The result shows that the indexes of the water body are to be changed along with the decompositions of the four plant litters, for which pH and dissolved oxygen present the trends of lowering at first and then rising, while both dissolved oxygen and electrical conductivi- ty present the trends of rising at first and then keeping a certain level. Impacts from different submerged plant litters on water body are different, and then the sequence of the impacts from the four plant litters on total dissolved solids, electrical conductivi- ty is Ceratophyllumdemersum, Myriophyllum spicatum, HydriUaverticiUata and Potamogetoncrispus. This study result has a reference value/or making the tactic of the management and utilization of aquatic plant.
