摘要：作为绿色基础设施的城市森林建设,既是解决我国城市森林发展与管理问题的内在要求,也是当代快速城市化进程中实现城市森林功能、内涵与价值转变的重要需求。文中提供了一种认识当代林业和城市关系的视角,认为应通过对绿色基础设施的理论研究反思对绿色基础设施的认知,界定作为绿色基础设施的城市森林这一概念,重新思考城市森林建设中＂自然与城市的关系＂,探究二者的辩证关系;在此基础上,总结作为绿色基础设施的城市森林问题,提出相关建议。
As a green infrastructure,the development of urban forest is not only the inherent requirement to solve the problems in urban forest development and management in China,but also the process to achieve the shifts of urban forest functions,connotation and value during the rapid urbanization. This paper provides a cognitive perspective for the relationship between contemporary forestry and cities,argues that the theoretic research on green infrastructure could be adopted to reflect the recognition of green infrastructure,defines the concept of urban forest as a green infrastructure,and explores the dialectical relationship between nature and city in urban forest development. Finally,the issues emerging from urban forestry development are discussed,based on which relevant recommendations are presented.
