摘要：‘YLZ 1号’是从锥栗实生群体中选育出的高产稳产、优质、适宜加工的新品种。结实性强,成串结果特别明显,每果枝结苞6~7个,平均单果质量9.5 g,大小均匀,色泽光亮。种仁干样含总淀粉67.1%,可溶性糖11.5%。口感细腻、香甜,风味品质好。种植第2~3年开始挂果,盛果期产量3300~3750 kg·hm^(-2)。适宜在浙江省海拔1000 m以下山地、丘陵地种植。
‘YLZ 1’is a new cultivar of Castanea henryi with high and stable yield,high quality,and suitable for processing,selected from the actual population.The cultivar has strong seeding performance and are particularly noticeable in clusters.Each fruit branch has 6-7 buds,with an average weight of 9.5 g per nut.The size of nut is uniform,and the nut shell is reddish brown with a bright color.Dried nuts contain 67.1%total starch,11.5%soluble sugars.The taste is delicate,sweet,and the flavor quality is good.Starting from the second to third year of planting,the fruit will bear fruit,with a yield of 3300 kg·hm^(-2)to 3750 kg·hm^(-2)during the peak fruit period.Suitable for planting in mountainous and hilly areas below an altitude of 1000 meters in Zhejiang Province.
