摘要:采用1m^(3)气候箱法对4908批次的饰面人造板及制品和2830批次的未饰面人造板进行甲醛释放量测试,同时,对75批次的人造板及其制品进行了第7天、11天、13天、15天的甲醛释放量测试,结果表明,大多数样品甲醛释放量≤0.124 mg/m^(3),符合GB 18580—2025《室内装饰装修材料人造板及其制品中甲醛释放限量》要求,饰面人造板整体甲醛释放等级处于较好水平,未饰面人造板达到E_(0)级和E_(NF)级的样品比例呈逐年上升趋势;多数样品在1 m^(3)气候箱中经7天的释放后,基本达到稳定状态。
The formaldehyde emission of 4908 batches of decorated wood-based panels and 2830 batches of nondecorated wood-based panels was tested using the 1m^(3) climate chamber method.The formaldehyde emission of another 75 batches of wood-based panels and their products was tested on days 7,11,13,and 15 after placement in the climate chamber.The results showed that the formaldehyde emission of most samples was≤0.124 mg/m^(3),which met the requirements of GB 18580-2025:Indoor Decorating and Refurbishing Materials-Limit of Formaldehyde Emission of Wood-Based Panels and Finishing Products.The overall formaldehyde release grade of the decorated wood-based panels was at a good level,and the proportion of samples in the nondecorated wood-based panels that could reach E_(0)and E_(NF)grades also showed an increasing trend year by year.Most samples achieved a stable state after 7 days of release in the 1 m^(3)climate chamber.
