摘要:对广东地区的阳江、肇庆、江门、茂名和湛江等10个产地黄花风铃木种质资源进行调查和遗传分析,探究其遗传变异规律,为黄花风铃木种质资源的利用和创新提供理论依据。以129份黄花风铃木种质资源为材料,对株型和种子形态8个表型性状采用方差分析、相关分析、聚类分析和综合评价的方法进行研究。结果表明:129份黄花风铃木株型及种子形态指标间存在极显著差异,表型性状的遗传变异比较广泛,变异系数在9.84%~41.14%之间,其中分枝数变异系数最大(41.14%),带翅种子长度变异系数最小(9.84%),而株型相比种子形态具有更广泛的变异;各表型性状间存在不同程度的相关性,种子形态性状间相关性极显著,其中带翅宽度和不带翅宽度相关性最强,相关系数达0.94,而株型各指标与种子不带翅长度相关性较强,与其他种子形态指标相关性较弱;通过聚类分析,将广东地区黄花风铃木种质资源分为两大类群。基于株型指标采用Fuzzy函数方法对黄花风铃木种质资源综合评价表明,来自廉江市向屯镇松木岭的黄花风铃木种质表现最好,可为黄花风铃木优异种质的挖掘和开发利用提供基础材料,同时为今后优良品种选育及应用奠定了基础。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the utilization and innovation of germplasm resources of Handroanthus chrysanthus,we investigated and analyzed the germplasm resources of this species from 10 places of origin in Guangdong,including Yangjiang,Zhaoqing,Jiangmen,Maoming and Zhanjiang.From these sources a total of 129 germplasm resources were collected and used as materials to study 8 phenotypic traits of plant type and seed morphology by means of variance analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant type and seed morphological indices among these 129 germplasm resources.The genetic variation of phenotypic traits was relatively wide,with the variation coefficient between 9.84%and 41.14%,among which the variation coefficient of branch number was the largest(41.14%),and the variation coefficient of seed length without wings was the smallest(9.84%),while the plant type had more extensive variation than the seed morphology.There are different degrees of correlation between phenotypic traits,and the correlation between seed morphological traits is extremely significant,among which the correlation between the width with wing and the width without wing was the strongest,with the correlation coefficient of 0.94.Meanwhile,the correlation between plant type indicators and the length without wing was strong,and the correlation with other seed morphological indicators was weak.Based on cluster analysis,the Guangdong sourced germplasm resources of H.chrysanthus were divided into two groups.Based on the plant type index,the fuzzy function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the germplasm resources of H.chrysanthus with the results showing that the germplasm from Songmuling,Xiangtun Town,Lianjiang City was the best.This indicates that these basic materials could provide a basis for development and utilization of the excellent germplasm of H.chrysanthus,and lay a foundation for the breeding and application of excellent varieties in the future.
