摘要:[目的]寻找在广西山口地区适合桉树大径材培育的优良无性系,探索桉树大径材无性系良种中期选择的可行性和培育潜力。[方法]调查与大径材培育密切相关的20个5.5年生桉树无性系的主要性状,运用方差与相关分析方法,分析无性系间性状的差异,以及各性状间的相互关系。[结果]各性状在无性系间差异均极显著。生长量最优的是DH32-28,其单株材积达0.1262m3,是平均值的131.0%,是最差无性系的198.5%。材质最优的是TH9211-LH5,其木材基本密度与弹性模量分别达0.48g/cm3、6.166GPa,是平均值的116.4%、130.5%,最小值的130.6%、179.5%。应用指数选择法选出各性状指标均优良的5个无性系,分别是DH184-1、DH167-2、DH32-28、DH33-9和DH32-26。[结论]以生产指标、形质指标、材性指标可以选择出适宜做桉树大径材的无性系。
[ Objective ] The feasibility of the medium-term selection of the clone of eucalyptus timber with large-diameter and its culturing potential were explored in order to search for the good clone suitable for the culture of eucalyptus timber with large-diameter in the Shankou area of Guangxi province. [ Method ] The main characters of 20 5.5 year-old clones of eucalyptus closely related to the cultivation for large-diameter timber was investigated and the difference among clones and the relation between characters was researched with the method of variance and correlation analysis. [ Results] The difference of the characters among the clones was very significant. The clone-DH32-28 had the optimal plant growth volume with the growth volume of 0. 126 2 m3/plant and its average value of 131.0% , which was 198.5% of the worst clone' s. The clone with the optimal timber quality was TH9211-LH5, which basic density and the modulus of elasticity of the wood 0.48 g/cm3 and 6. 166 GPa, respectively, with the average value of 116.4% and 130.5%, and the minimum value of 130.6% and 179.5%. 5 excellent clones: DH184-1, DH167-2, DH32-28, DH33-9 and DH32-26 were selected with the method of index selection, respectively. [ Conclusion] The clone of eucalyptus suitable for large-diameter timber growth was selected according to production targets, the indicator of its shape and quality, and timber character.
