摘要:以硬脂酸与3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为原料,合成了具有生物降解性的酯类季铵盐2-羟基-3-硬脂酰氧基丙基三甲基氯化铵(CMESA),利用FTIR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。以CMESA作为有机插层剂对蒙脱土进行有机改性,对制得的有机蒙脱土(OMMT-CMESA)进行了红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)测试。红外测试及X射线衍射结果均显示,CMESA成功插层于蒙脱土片层中;热失重结果显示有机蒙脱土的热稳定性明显提高;X射线粉末衍射(XRD)表明,CMESA改性后的有机蒙脱土层间距由1.41nm增加到7.21nm,改变了层间微环境,增强了与聚合物的相容性及分散性,有利于聚合物或单体进入蒙脱土层间形成纳米复合材料。
Biodegradable ester surfactant (CMESA) (2-hydroxy-3-stearyl-oxy-propyl)-trimethylammonium chloride was synthesized using stearic acid and (3-chloro-2-hydroxy-propyl)-trimethylammonium chloride (CTA) as starting materials. The product was characterized by FTtR and tHNMR. The OMMT was prepared by incorporating CMESA to the eommericial Na-MMT. The spectra of FTIR and XRD showed that the organic agent had intercalated into the layers of MMT, interlayer spacing was enhanced. The TGA results showed that the thermal stability of OMMT-CMESA improved significantly. The result of XRD indicated that the distance of layers increased from t.41 nm to 7.21 rim, the mi of its layers changed and the compatibility of Na-MMT with the polymer improved. It was also favorable for polymer or its monomer entering into the galleries to form nanocomposites.
