摘要:为了解江西典型天然南方红豆杉(Taxus chinensis var.mairei)种子雨和土壤种子库的特征及时间上的动态变化,在江西省分宜县上村实验林场南方红豆杉天然群落内选取6株结实雌株进行种子雨和土壤种子库调查研究,其中3株进行种子雨调查,共布设60个种子雨收集器,每隔5d调查1次;另4株(重复1株)进行土壤种子库调查,以雌株为中心,在东西南北4个方向上分别设置3个采样点,每个采样点分枯枝落叶层、0~5cm和5~10cm,共采集144份样品。分析种子雨动态、强度分布、空间分布特征以及土壤种子库的质量、水平和垂直分布,估计从种子雨到土壤种子库过程中种子损失量。结果表明,大岗山南方红豆杉种群种子雨高峰期为11月中旬至12月中旬,占所调查种子雨种子总数的84.14%,存在次高峰,主要受气象因素影响。土壤种子库中无论是完整种子还是总种子数密度均随着深度增加而减少,而且绝大部分完整种子为空粒种子。种子分布受坡向影响显著,种子多位于雌株树冠内部和下坡方向。草本层植被不仅会阻碍种子水平分布,而且会显著减少进入土壤种子库中的种子数量,阻碍南方红豆杉天然种群的自然更新。
In order to understand the characteristics and temporal dynamic changes of seed rain and soil seed bank of Taxus chinensis var.mairei in Jiangxi Province.In the natural community of Taxus chinensis var.mairei in Shang?cun Experimental Forest Farm of Fenyi County,Jiangxi Province,six female plants were selected to investigate seed rain and soil seed bank.Among them,3 plants were investigated for seed rain,and 60 seed rain collectors were set up every 5 days.The other 4 plants(repeated one)were investigated for soil seed bank,with female plants as the center,in the four directions of East,West,North and south A total of 144 samples were collected from three sam?pling sites,including litter layer,0~5cm and 5~10cm.The dynamic,intensity and spatial distribution characteris?tics of seed rain,as well as the quality,horizontal and vertical distribution of soil seed bank were analyzed to estimate the amount of seed loss from seed rain to soil seed bank.The peak of seed rain of Taxus chinensis var.mairei popula?tion in Dagangshan Mountain was from mid November to mid December,accounting for 84.14%of the total seed rain investigated.There was a sub peak,which was mainly affected by meteorological factors.In the soil seed bank,both intact seeds and total seed density decreased with the increase of depth,and most of the intact seeds were empty seeds.The seed distribution was significantly affected by the slope aspect,and the seeds were mostly in the inner crown and downhill direction of the female plant.Herbaceous vegetation not only hinders the horizontal distribution of seeds,but also significantly reduces the number of seeds entering the soil seed bank.
