摘要:随着全球升温进程持续,影响水分循环和降雨格局,日益频发的干旱事件将成为植物面临的主要胁迫。干旱导致的水分短缺严重影响植物的生长发育,容易引起植物个体衰退甚至死亡。深入解析干旱影响后果以及植物的响应机制,是理解和预测不同植物类群变化的关键科学问题。寄生植物是借助寄生器官从寄主植物中获取水分和营养物质的特殊类群。由于形成具有物理连接的共同体,干旱胁迫既会引起各自的个体调控响应,也会改变两者的种间关系,其中的具体过程与生理意义值得进一步挖掘。此外,寄生植物类群中同时存在危害农林业生产的物种以及具有优良利用价值的物种,因此对该类群的干旱响应研究有助于开展针对性的防治或培育工作。文中主要介绍干旱胁迫对植物个体的水力光合系统、生理生化过程、形态结构等多方面的影响及其相关的响应过程,以及植物种间相互作用中促进效应和竞争效应对干旱胁迫的不同调节机制;重点阐述干旱胁迫影响下寄生关系的各种变化过程,包括寄生植物对干旱胁迫负面效应的放大以及干旱胁迫下寄主状况的改善2种情况,以期为加深干旱影响背景下的寄生植物生理过程和种间关系研究提供参考。
As the water cycle and rainfall patterns have been affected by the continuing global warming,the frequent drought events will become a major stress challenging plant communities.Drought-induced water scarcity severely affects plant growth and development,and can easily cause individual plant decline or even death.In-depth analysis of the consequences of drought impacts and the response mechanisms of plants is a key scientific issue for understanding and predicting changes in different plant groups.Parasitic plants are special groups that use their haustorium to extract water and nutrients from host plants.Due to the formation of a physically connected system,drought stress can trigger individual regulatory responses and change interspecific interactions between the parasitic and host plants.Therefor,it is worthwhile to further explore the specific processes and physiological significance.Additionally,parasitic plant groups include both the species that are harmful to agricultural and forestry production and the species that have excellent utilization value,so the study of the drought response of this group is conducive to targeted their control or cultivation.This paper mainly introduces the effects of drought stress on the hydrological and photosynthetic systems,physiological and biochemical processes,morphology and structure of individual plants and their response strategies,and also examines the different regulation mechanisms against drought stress by the facilitative and competitive effects in interspecific interactions of plants.The focus is put on the changes in parasitism relationship under drought stress,including the amplification of the negative effects of drought stress and the improvement of the host condition under drought stress.This paper intends to provide a reference for deepening the study of physiological processes and interspecific relationships of parasitic plants under drought impacts.
