摘要:利用SolidWorks软件对木材应力分等试验机进行三维实体建模和装配,再利用SolidWorksMotion对应力分等试验机进行运动仿真。通过对木材三种不同进给速度的对比分析,验证了木材应力分等试验机结构设计的合理性和正确性。当木材进给速度达到1000 mm/s时,木材与加载辊的接触力波动较大,木材对分等机整机的冲击也较大,木材应力分等试验机的工作状态不稳定,因此木材进给的速度对试验机的检测性能影响较大,在后续的实验研究中应注重对木材进给速度的测试,这为下一步开展锯材应力分等设备的优化设计提供了依据。
Meanwhile carrying out motion simulation analysis by using software Solidworks Motion. The simulation is under the working conditions, and through comparative analysis of three different feed speed of lumber, which testifies to the rationality and correctness of the structure design about the Stress Grading Test Machine of Lumber. When the feed speed of lumber reaches 1000mm/s, violent fluctuation of contact force happens with lumber and loading roller, and also the impact of stress grading test machine of lumber is larger, so working statement of the stress grading test machine of lumber is instable. We should focus on testing wood feed rate in the subsequent experimental studies for the next step. So it can provide a basis to carry out optimization design of the lumber stress grading machine.
