摘要：助推贫困地区尤其是集中连片特殊困难地区飞越贫困门槛成为扶贫开发巩固阶段林业扶贫的主要任务。通过积极开展林业扶贫,贫困地区取得了八大成效,形成了不同的扶贫模式。文章从顶层设计、政策扶持、平台搭建、生态工程建设、林产品产业链延伸、林农主观能动性激活、制度创新等7个方面对扶贫开发巩固阶段前半期的林业扶贫基本经验进行总结。
Promoting poor areas especially in concentrated, contiguous and difficulties areas flew poverty threshold has become a main task of anti-poverty by forestry project in the stage of poverty alleviation and development. Based on anti-poverty by forestry project, poor areas has shaped eight outcomes and different anti-poverty models. This paper summarizes the basic anti-poverty experience in seven aspects of top-level design, policy support, platform created, ecological construction, forest industry chain extension, farmers＇ initiative activation, system innovation.
