摘要:研究合成了己二酸共聚物溶液,并以此作为天冬氨酸聚合的液相介质,研究了天冬氨酸在此液相介质中的热缩聚反应。当共聚物溶液羟值在310mgKOH/g以下、酸值在5mgKOH/g以下时,聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)得率为90.5%~93.4%,大于相同反应条件下天冬氨酸固相热缩聚86.8%的得率。探索了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对天冬氨酸热缩聚和的影响,当反应温度为200℃,反应时间为2h,催化剂用量为8%时,液相介质中热缩聚产物PSI产率为93.4%,数均相对分子质量为39956,相对分子质量分布系数为1.16。本研究还对不同热缩聚条件所得的PSI产物进行了红外光谱对比分析。
Adipic acid copolymer solution was synthesized,using this as liquid medium,the liquid phase pyrocondensation polymerization of aspartic acid was investigated.When the hydroxyl value of the copolymer solution less than 310mgKOH/g and acid value less than 5mgKOH/g,PSI yield was 90.5%—93.4%,more than the yield of 86.8%in the same reaction condition of solid phase pyrocondensation polymerization.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and dosage of catalyst on pyrocondensation polymerization of L-ASP have been discussed.When the reaction temperature was 200℃,reaction time was 2hours,dosage of catalyst was 8%,the yield of PSI was 93.4%,and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained.The number-average molecular weight of PSI was 39956,and molecular weight distribution coefficient was 1.16.This study also analyzed the comparison of infrared spectrum of PSI products from different pyrocondensation polymerization conditions.
