摘要:基于远缘杂交技术路线,以引进的蒙古大果沙棘乌兰格木实生子代优株为母本,中国沙棘优良种源丰宁的优良单株为父本,开展了蒙古沙棘与中国沙棘两个亚种间杂交育种工作,对杂种F1表型性状分离规律进行了研究。发现杂种F1代性状分化严重,棘刺数、生长量、叶片、果实等性状的变异程度依次降低,以蒙古大果沙棘为母本的中蒙沙棘杂交能使F1代在株高、棘刺数两个性状上取得最为显著的改良效果。F1代群体雌雄比符合1∶1自由组合规律,红果型、杂种F1代果蝇危害率差异以及在重要选种性状上的超亲现象的存在,为沙棘良种选育提供了理论与物质基础。
In order to improve seabuckthom for both economic value and ecological adaptability, Mon- golian Seabuckthom (H. rhamnoides subsp, rnongolica) as female parent was crossed with Chinese Seabuckthorn (H. rhamnoides ssp. Sinensis) as male parent. Crossbreeding trial was started in 1994. It was found that the phenotypic variations of hybrids progenies were obvious. The variation coefficients of numbers of thorns, growth indices, leaves attributes and fruits attibutes were found decreasing in turn. Through crossing, F1 groups had obtained the most significant improvement effects in the attributes of stem height and numbers of thorns. The ratio of female to male was tested to be in accordance with law of independent assortment, 1 " 1 proportion. The existences of red fruits, harmness difference of fruit fly and transgressive phenomenon in some important seed-selection attributes, could provide theoretical and material basis for breeding of good cultivars of seabuckthorn.
