摘要：分析了新一轮学位授权点周期性合格评估工作在强化过程管理与评价、突出底线与质量意识、引导学位授予单位凝练特色等方面的主要变化与特点,总结上一轮行业性高校自我评估实践的共性问题,对新一轮自我评估进行思考,并提出相应建议,主要包括:行业性高校学位授权点自我评估应基于功能与水平两个重要因素进行科学定位,密切融合学位授权点行业特色与自我评估的新要素、新要求,构建点位化、行业化、类别化的学位授权点自我评估指标体系。
This research summarized the main changes and features of periodic assessment of authorized degree programs in strengthening process management and evaluation,highlighting the bottom line and quality consciousness,and guiding the condensed characteristics of authorized degree programs at the new round,and analyzed the common problems in the practice of self-evaluation of industrial colleges and universities at the first round.Problems should be reflected for the self-evaluation of the new round.Accordingly,some suggestions are listed as follows.First,the two important factors,function and level,should be taken into consideration in the next evaluation.Second,the new elements and requirements of self-evaluation should be closely integrated into the industrial characteristics of the previous program.Furthermore,the evaluation index system of authorized degree programs should be conducted by locations,industries,and categories.
