摘要:对黄山风景区的松蛀虫及其携带线虫的潜能进行了监测研究。辖区内繁衍着 15种松蛀虫 ,主要有松墨天牛MonochamusalternatusHope、褐幽天牛Arhopalusrusticus (L .)、短角幽天牛Spondylisbuprestoides(L .)和马尾松角胫象Shirahoshizopatruelis (Voss)。研究显示 ,松墨天牛和褐幽天牛是黄山风景区内的危险性松蛀虫。松墨天牛最高分布区为海拔 16 5 8m的天海景点 ,海拔 32 0m的白亭景点和 70 0m的温泉景点种群数量分布比率最高和较高 ,分别达 80 9%和11 3%。松墨天牛携带拟松材线虫等非病原线虫的机率和平均携带数量分别达 6 1 3%和 36 2 2 0条。褐幽天牛分布于北海、西海和光明顶 3个 15 90~ 172 0m的高海拔景点 ,分别占种群数量的2 1 8%、2 4 4 %和 2 5 6 %。褐幽天牛携带线虫机率和平均数量分别为 5 1 2 %和 5 12 8 6条。
The results showed that there were 15 species of pine borers in Huangshan Scenic Area,of which 5 species were important pine borers,i.e Monochamus alternatus Hope,Arhopalus rusticus (L.),Spondylis buprestoides (L.),Shirahoshizo patruelis (Voss) and Cryphalus sp..M.alternatus and A.rusticus were risk insects in Huangshan Scenic Area.For M.alternatus,the Tianhai scenic spot (1 658 m above sea level) was the highest distribution zone,and the Baiting scenic spot (320 m) and Wenquan scenic spot (700 m) were distribution zones of the highest and higher population density,occupying 80.9% and 11.3% of the total number trapped respectively.About 61.3% of M.alternatus was found carrying non-pathogenic nematodes such as Bursaphelenchus mucronatus Mamiya et Enda,and the average number of nematodes was 3 622.0 per beetle.Three high altitude (1 590~1 720 m) scenic spots,i.e Beihai,Xihai and Guangmingding were the distribution zones of A.rusticus (L.),occupying 21.8%,24.4% and 25.6% of the total number trapped respectively.About 51.2% of A.rusticus was found carrying non-pathogenic nematodes and the average number of nematodes was 5 128.6 per beetle.
