摘要:概述了植物根系的发育及其激素调控的研究进展。侧根的发生起源于特定的中柱鞘细胞,发生过程可分为起始、侧根原基的形成、侧根分生组织的形成与活化。不定根由根原基发育而来,不定根原基按其形成的时间、部位和形成的原因,可分为先生根原基和诱生根原基。生长素、赤霉素等生长调节剂都可以促进植物根系生长。
Research progress of root system development and its regulation by phytohormones were reviewed. Lateral root came from some special pericycie ceils. The process of lateral root development could be divided into three parts: lateral root initiation, lateral root primordia formation, formation and activation of lateral meristem. Adventitious root was from root primordia. Adventitious root primordia could he classified into initial root primordia and induced root primordia according to the formation time, position and causation. Phytohormones such as auxin, gibberellin could promote root system growth.
