摘要：开发林业生物资源、发展新的能源产业,已成为解决能源问题的重要途径之一。本文从资源状态、技术水平、市场前景和开发潜力方面分析总结了中国林业生物质能源的开发优势,从全球环境、政策支持和行业参与方面探讨了我国林业生物质能源的发展机遇,并从体制改革、科技创新和国际交流方面提出了加速中国林业生物质能源利用的对策。
Development of new energy source industry to use forest has become a great approach to solve energy source problem. Based on the resources state, technique level, marketplace foreground and utilization potential etc aspects, the exploitation strengths of China＇s forestry biotransformation energy source have been analyzed and summarized, through the global condition, policy support and industry participation etc fields, the development opportunities of China＇s forestry biotransformation energy source have been discussed, moreover the countermeasure proposals to accelerate use of China＇s forestry biotransformation energy source have been put forward from the system reform, innovations of science and technology, and international communion and so on ways in this paper, and they have fully been great actual significance to promote sustainable developments of China＇s economy and society.
