摘要:将9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)与肉桂酰胺(CNM)的加成物DOPO-CNM与聚乳酸(PLA)以不同比例熔融共混制备复合材料,并制备了PLA/DOPO复合材料与之进行性能对比。通过极限氧指数与拉伸强度数值确定DOPO-CNM最佳的添加比例,DOPO-CNM在PLA复合材料中发挥出氮-磷协效作用的同时还具有拉伸补强的效果。以差示扫描量热仪对PLA共混材料熔融行为进行表征,发现在DOPO-CNM 15%比例下PLA材料具有最大的熔融焓。以座滴法测量PLA/DOPO-CNM材料与水及二碘甲烷的不同接触角,从而计算得到材料表面自由能,通过比较可以发现,在DOPO-CNM 10%添加比例下其表面自由能接近PLA。以动态热机械仪对体系的黏弹性行为进行比较,DOPO-CNM的加入没有影响到PLA链段的玻璃化转变过程。以扫描电镜对不同比例的DOPO及DOPO-CNM的PLA复合材料进行微观形貌表征,显示DOPO-CNM与PLA分子链间存在较强的相互作用。
A compound of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphophenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO)and cinnamamide(CNM)(DOPO-CNM),was extruded with polylactic acid(PLA)in different proportions.PLA/DOPO composite was also prepared for performance comparison.The optimum addition ratio of DOPO-CNM was determined by limiting oxygen index and tensile strength value.DOPO-CNM not only play synergistic flame retardancy effect,but also has a tensile reinforcing effect.The melting behavior of PLA blends was characterized by differential scanning calorimeter,and the maximum melting enthalpy was found at the ratio of 15%DOPO-CNM.The surface free energy of the material was calculated by measuring the different contact angles of the material with water and diiodomethane by the block drop method.By comparison,it was found that the surface free energy of the material was close to PLA at the addition ratio of 10%DOPO-CNM.The viscoelastic behavior of PLA composite system was compared by dynamic thermomechanical instrument.The addition of DOPO-CNM has no effect on the glass-transition process of PLA chain.The microstructures of composites with different DOPO-CNM proportions were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that there is strong interaction between DOPO-CNM and PLA.
