摘要:【目的】珍稀濒危植物天然沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus)在荒漠地区自然生态平衡中由于受多种因素综合影响已处于濒临灭绝状况,本文研究了保护挽救物种资源。【方法】采取平茬技术在天然沙冬青上的应用,探索沙冬青老林平茬复壮后萌蘖丛的生理生化指标变化,运用隶属度函数法对灌水前后萌蘖丛和对照丛沙冬青的抗干旱能力进行综合评价。【结果】灌水前后萌蘖丛的抗旱综合评定结果均大于对照丛,随着干旱胁迫的解除,沙冬青抗干旱能力呈现减弱的趋势,平茬处理下的沙冬青萌蘖丛抗干旱能力最大。【结论】平茬提高了沙冬青植被的养分保有能力和资源利用效率,因此抗旱能力增强,同时为天然沙冬青保护和开发决策的制定提供一定的科学依据。
【Objective】Because of many factors in the desert region natural ecological balance the rare and endangered plants were already in endangered status,in the present paper,the measures of protection and save of species resources were studied.【Method】Based on the mechanical flat stubble proceed on Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,the physiological and biochemical experiments on the plants were conducted to study the flat stubble rejuvenation,and the synthetic evaluation of its resistant drought by subfunction was made.【Result】The synthetic evaluation of resistant drought of the sprouting plants before and after irrigation was greater than that of control.With the drought stress relieved,Ammopiptanthus mongolicus drought-resistant ability was weakened.Drought tolerance of the sprouting plants ability under even stubble rejuvenation was the strongest.【Conclusion】The stumping technology might cause the enhancement of the ability to preserve nutrition and the resources use efficiency of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,so drought resistance was enhanced,which also provided a scientific development of vegetation conservation and development decisions.
