摘要:为解决人工林杉木浸注难的问题,应用自制的树脂型无机硅酸盐复合改性剂,采用满细胞法浸渍处理工艺进行杉木改性,并检测改性杉木的物理力学和阻燃性能。结果表明:改性杉木的密度可提高至0.550~0.650g/cm3,抗胀率达45%~50%;与素材相比,静曲强度提高70%以上,弹性模量、耐磨性能和阻燃性能提高50%以上,可满足实木产品加工材料要求。
In order to effectively impregnate Chinese fir from plantations,a multifunctional silicate resin modifier was prepared and used to treat the wood through a repeated pressure/vacuum impregnation technology.Density of the modified wood could reach 0.550~0.650g/cm3 with antiswelling rate of 45%~50%.Compared with control wood,modulus of rupture,abrasion resistance and flame resistance of the modified wood were all improved by more than 50% with modulus of elasticity increased by more than 70%.These results indicated that the modified wood was suitable for making high-value added solid wood products.
