摘要:采用脉冲厌氧流化床反应器(PAFR)—改良型氧化沟—高级氧化组合工艺处理制浆造纸废水,其中PAFR内设有自动高效脉冲布水器,仅消耗部分势能,无潜水搅拌等辅助设备,池内泥水可充分混合;改良型氧化沟采用"ABR+卡鲁塞尔氧化沟"组合工艺,可有效防止污泥膨胀。介绍了整个工艺流程及主要构筑物;针对运行调试过程中出现的问题进行了分析并提出了解决方案。实际运行结果表明:该组合工艺系统运行稳定,出水COD≤70mg/L、BOD≤20 mg/L、SS≤30 mg/L。
Pulping and papermaking wastewater has been treated by PAFR-modified oxidation ditch-advanced oxidation process. There was an automatic, efficient, pulsing water distributor in the PAFR which merely consumes part of the potential energy and has no accessory equipment, such as diving agitator, etc. The sludge and water in the reactor should be mixed adequately. Modified oxidation ditch uses an integrated process“ABR+Carrousel oxidation ditch” which prevents sludge from bulking effectively. The whole technological process and main structure are intro- duced and the problems existed in the debugging process of the operation are analyzed and their solutions are put forward. Actual operation results show that the combined process system runs stably, and its effluent COD, BOD, and SS are less than or equal to 70,20, and 30 mg/L, respectively.
