摘要:为了拓展木质素在酚醛树脂中的应用前景,在碱性条件下,用双氧水氧化降解木质素。以酚羟基含量为响应值,采用Design Exper 8.0软件对反应时间、反应温度、双氧水用量、体系p H值四个反应因素进行设计,应用响应面法对氧化降解条件进一步优化,得到了各反应因素间的定量数学模型,以及各因素交互作用对响应值的影响,并对降解产物进行了反应活性研究。结果表明,木质素氧化降解的最优化条件:双氧水2.60 g,反应时间3 h,反应温度65℃,p H值为12.00,优化条件下的酚羟基含量可达3.34%,且反应活性明显提高。
In order to increase the application prospect of lignin in phenolic resin, lignin was oxidatively degraded by hydrogen peroxide under alkaline conditionl Phenolic hydroxyl content was set as response value, the influence factors of reaction time, reaction temperature, hydrogen peroxide dosage, pH were arranged according to Design-Exper8.0 software. Response surface methodology was used to optimized oxidative degradation conditions, quantitative mathematical model for each factors was obtained, and the influences of interaction factors on response value were discovered, and reactive activity of the degraded compounds was studied. The results show that the optimal conditions of oxidatively degradation of lignin are : hydrogen peroxide dosage of 2.60 g, reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 65℃, pH 12.00, and phenolic hydroxyl content in the optimal conditions is 3.34%, and reactive activity of the degraded compounds is highly improved.
