摘要:以铁盐、氧化剂、镁盐、增效剂和高分子絮凝剂PAM等为原料,制备了一种新型深度处理药剂(PFDAC)。考察了铝铁比、阳离子高分子含量、增效剂含量等因素对COD去除性能的影响。采用该药剂对造纸废水进行了处理试验,并与市售的PAC和PFS进行了比较。实验结果表明:在同等条件下,PFDAC均表现出了良好的COD去除性能;在废水COD 156 mg/L时,加入量为1500mg/L,COD去除率达75%,处理效果明显好于PAC和PFS(COD去除率小于60%)。适合应用于造纸废水的深度处理。
A new advanced treatment agent (PFDAC), an inorganic -organic composite flocculant, was prepared using hydrochloric acid, calcium aluminate, ferrous sulfate, oxidants, magnesium sulfate, modified diatomite, synergists and polymer flocculant PAM as raw materials. The effects of the ratio of aluminum and iron, cationic polymer content, synergists content on COD removal performance were studied. And the performances of the agent and the commercially available PAC and PFS to a papermaking wastewater treatment were compared. The experimental results showed that,in a wide pH range, PFDAC had shown a good COD removal performance in wastewater COD 156mg / L, the dosage of 1500 mg/ L, COD removal rate was about 75%, the treatment effect was significantly better than those of PAC and PFS which is suitable for papermaking wastewater advanced treatment.
