摘要:通过对杨木水染材和增强—染色复合改性材的颜色、耐水色牢度和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)等分析,探讨增强改性树脂对复配染料染色性能的影响及作用机制。结果表明:1与水染材相比,增强—染色改性材颜色更均匀,色彩更鲜明,增强改性树脂对酸性染料的渗透和分散起到了明显促进作用;2经沸水浸泡处理后,水染材褪色严重,增强—染色改性材的色差明显小于水染材,其耐水色牢度明显提高;3FTIR分析表明,在增强—染色复合改性过程中,树脂作为中间体,先与酸性染料以离子键结合,再与木材组分反应,增强—染色改性材的耐水色牢度取决于树脂与染料的结合力及树脂的抗水流失性能。
Through analyzing the chromatic indexes,color fastness to water and FTIR spectra of water-dyed and resin-dye combined modified poplar wood,we discussed the dyeing effect and mechanism of the strengthening resin on the combined dyes. Compared with water-dyed wood,the resin-dyed wood showed more uniform and brighter color,the dispersion and penetration ability of dye were greatly promoted by the low molecular weight resin. Due to the water solubility of acid dye,the dye in water-dyed wood could be easily leached by water causing obvious color difference,but the total color difference of resin-dyed wood caused by soaking water was obviously lower than that of water-dyed wood,which indicated that the color fastness to water of dye was greatly improved by the integrated resin. During the course of strengthening-dyeing modification,resin as an intermediate first bound together with the acid dye by ionic bond,then reacted with wood components,and the color fastness to water of strengthening-dyeing-combined modified wood was jointly determined by the leaching resistance of strengthening resin and the bonding strength between resin and dye molecules.
