摘要:以针阔混交林、次生季风常绿阔叶林、成熟季风常绿阔叶林构成的演替系列为研究对象,采用空间代替时间法,比较、分析不同演替系列草本植物物种多样性特征,探讨季风常绿阔叶林演替过程中草本植物物种多样性变化规律。结果表明,在针阔混交林中草本植物共有14科22属22种,次生林中草本植物共有14科25属25种,成熟林中草本植物共有13科21属22种;随着演替的进行,丰富度指数呈先增大后减小的趋势,而Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou指数随着演替的进行呈先减小后增大的趋势;在不同的演替阶段中,草本植物的物种组成发生了变化,检验中,针阔混交林与次生常绿阔叶林的草本物种Sorensen相似性系数高达0.511,物种相似性最高。研究结果可为季风常绿阔叶林不同演替阶段的生物多样性保护提供理论依据。
In order to explore the change of herbaceous species diversity in monsoon broad-leaved evergreen forest succession,we compared the species diversity characteristics of herbaceous plants at different succession stages by using the method of space instead of time,taking the coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest,secondary monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest and mature monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest as the research object.The results showed that there were 22 species belonging to 22 genera and 14 families in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest,25 species belonging to 25 genera and 14 families in secondary monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest,and 22 species belonging to 21 genera and 13 families in mature monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest.With the development of succession,the richness index increased first and then decreased,but Simpson index,Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index firstly decreased and then increased.The species composition of herbaceous plants changed at different succession stages.In the similarity coefficient test,the similarity of herbaceous species between coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest and secondary monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest was the highest(0.511).Our results can provide a theoretical basis for biodiversity conservation in different succession stages of monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest.
