摘要：采取Petrifilm测试片法采集和培养微生物以及分子鉴定手段,快速鉴定人造板表面的微生物种类和数量,为人造板表面抗菌和防霉评价提供新方法。
In the study, microbes on the surfaces of wood-based panels were collected and cultivated by PetrifilmTM microbial test film, then the species of microbes were identified quickly and rightly by molecular tools, which provided a new methodology for quickly evaluation of anti-bacterial and anti-mildew properties of wood-based panels.
