摘要：作者群培养作为期刊编辑的必要工作内容之一,对期刊发展至关重要。为了更加高效地培养优秀的、可持续发展的作者群体,《林业科学研究》编辑部总结多年的工作经验并结合前人的成果,提出了以“科研团队”为核心培养优秀作者群的策略。该策略以“科研团队”尽量代替原始的“个人作者”为培养对象。首先,通过稿件分类完成初始作者资源积累,发掘足以成为“核心”的优秀科研团队并精准定位团队内的关键作者;其次,通过提高服务意识、灵活应对不同类型作者、维持良好关系、提升期刊公共形象的方式,培养并稳定现有优秀作者群;最后,通过培养与观察并行,发掘有望成为新团队核心人物的优秀个人作者,从而不断充实作者群中的“优秀科研团队”。
Cultivation of authors is critical for journal development and also an indispensable part of work for editors.In order to cultivate high-quality and loyal authors more efficiently,we summarized our owe experiences across many years in Forestry Research,together with opinions in previous publications,putting forward a strategy in this area,i.e.making“scientific research team”as the core issue in the development of a journal.The key message of this strategy is regarding“scientific research team”as a group of authors rather than“individual author”.Firstly,we record information of all authors through classification of manuscripts after submission,so that we are able to identify the high-quality scientific research team being eligible for the“core”and the target authors within the team.Secondly,we make our efforts to cultivate and attract the target authors through various measures,including improving our service awareness,corresponding with different types of authors with different manners,maintaining good relationships with them,and improving the public image of our journal.Finally,during the interaction with those target authors,we are able to select some excellent ones to join the“high-quality scientific research team”of the author group.
