摘要:【目的】研究柿杂交F1代果实重要表型性状和品质指标的遗传变异规律,为利用杂交育种进行柿果实品质的遗传改良提供理论指导。【方法】以36份‘富有’ב赤柿’杂交F1代单株为材料,对其4个表型指标以及8个果实品质成分指标进行测定,分析其遗传变异多样性,并运用Person相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等统计学方法,分析各性状指标之间的相关性及其在柿F1代单株之间的离散性。【结果】1)柿杂交F1代果实12个性状的变异系数为10.80%~165.97%,表现出丰富的多样性,其中可溶性单宁变异系数最大,为165.97%;果实横径变异系数最小,为10.80%。2)12个性状产生的66对相关性中分别有9对相关性达到极显著水平(P <0.01)和9对达到显著水平(P <0.05),不溶性单宁与总单宁呈极显著正相关,与可溶性蛋白之间呈极显著负相关关系;总单宁与总酚之间呈极显著正相关关系。3)12个性状主成分分析缩减为4个主成分,累计贡献率为73.42%;聚类分析将F1代的36份单株分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ4个类群,聚类结果充分反映了各类群的特征。4)通过对数据的分析筛选出ZJ346、ZJ49、ZJ40等用于不同途径的优良单株。【结论】柿杂交F1代果实12个性状遗传多样性丰富,相对于表型性状的小幅度变异,作为果实品质重要指标的内含物含量变异更为丰富。
【Objective】In order to provide theoretical guidance for the genetic improvement of fruit quality and selection of superior persimmon clones by cross-breeding,the genetic variation of the important phenotypic and quality traits of the fruit of the F1 persimmon progenies was studied.【Method】The genetic diversity of 36 F1 hybrid plants of‘Fuyu’בAkagaki’was analyzed by measuring 4 phenotypic indexes and 8 fruit quality indexes,and statistical methods such as person correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the correlation among the traits and the discretization among the individual plants of the F1 persimmon.【Result】(1)The variation coefficients of 12 traits of the F1 progenies of persimmon hybridization ranged from 10.80%-165.97%,among which the variation coefficient of soluble tannins was 165.97%.The variation coefficient of the horizontal diameter of fruits was 10.80%.(2)Among the 66 pairs of correlations generated by the 12 traits,9 correlation pairs reached an extremely significant level(P<0.01)and 9 pairs reached a significant level(P<0.05).The insoluble tannin content was significantly positively correlated with the total tannin content and it showed an extremely significantly negative correlation with the content of soluble proteins.There was a significantly positive correlation between the total tannin content and the total polyphenol content.(3)The 12 traits were reduced to 4 principal components by the principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 73.42.Through the systematic clustering analysis,36 individual plants of the F1 generation were divided into 4 groups,including group I,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ.The clustering results fully reflected the characteristics of each group.(4)Through the data screen,the superior individuals of ZJ346,ZJ49 and ZJ40 were selected for different applications.【Conclusion】The genetic diversity of the 12 fruit traits of the F1persimmon progenies is rich.Compared with the small variation of the phenotypic traits,the variation of important indicators of fruit intrinsic quality is more abundant.
